Shay-Tember

Most of you will know I am a huge fan of the Shaytards and I was really interested by the Shayloss Shay-tember videos and after the first video was uploaded I decided that I would love to take part.





So I have decided to share with you my goals.

Goals

1) Work out at least 3 times per week
This is to reach my November 17th goal of fitting (easily) into a size 22 dress for My Cousin James's wedding.

2) Don't Spend Money on Unnecessary things.
I am going on an (unplanned) holiday at the end of September which on top of redecorating and the various other things previously it has made this year expensive. I really need to save money.

3) Eat Healthily and Stop putting myself down.
Eating healthy goes hand in hand with the exercise one is pointless without the other, this means NO take aways, try to steer clear of chocolates, biscuits and cakes and limit alcohol. Try not to care what other people think of you and stop being mean to yourself.
